Your body loves you, why don’t you love it back?

 Your body is beautiful :)

i mean all of the following in a completely non- egotistical way.
my body is beautiful.
my body is beautiful because i have stretch marks on my hips
my body is beautiful because i have thighs that wobble
my body is beautiful because i have bad skin
my body is beautiful becasuse i choose to eat
my body is beautiful because i have self inflicted scars
my body is beautiful because my hair is wild and unruly
my body is beautiful even though i treated it badly
it is our imperfections that makes us beautiful. i am proud of who i am, and i am at peace with my body. i hated it for years; i developed early, got made fun of and learnt to hate myself. but do you know what?
it never amounted to anything. why waste time hating your body when you could be spending time loving it?
